NLP classes and workshops
NLP Individual Sessions
One-on-one sessions of NLP are the fastest way to get to the heart of an issue and change it! Many people will require only one session of NLP in order to make the changes they want, however additional sessions may be required depending on the individual and issue. Clients attend an initial session of up to 90 minutes. Further one-hour sessions may be required.
Individual sessions are held in Ashfield, Sydney.

NLP for Self-Esteem

Yoga Private/Group Classes
Break Free NLP and Yoga offers private lessons at your home and weekly yoga classes at your workplace! We understand that, with a busy schedule, you may find it difficult to find the time to get to yoga classes and so we developed a weekly yoga class that can come to you!
The health benefits of weekly yoga for yourself and your colleagues are immeasurable.
It’s also a great way to stretch and refresh at lunchtime or wind down after work. Break Free NLP and Yoga classes cater for all levels of students, including complete beginners.
For a class your workplace will need:
- A large space (e.g. meeting room or hall)
- A minimum of 6 people
- A parking for the instructor
Reiki Treatments
Along with Ayurvedic medicine and traditional Chinese medicinal practices such as acupuncture, Reiki recognises that effective flow of energy throughout our bodies is central to our health and proper functioning. It works and the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
Reiki is complementary to more traditional treatments. It is non-invasive and perfectly safe.
One-hour treatments are available throughout the week, including weekends and after hours. All treatments are held in the Inner West of Sydney.
Reiki can also assist animals to heal:
- Physical illnesses
- Injuries
- After surgery
- Emotional or behavioural problems
Most animals are sensitive to energy and are usually very open to receiving a Reiki treatment.
Reiki assists people and animals to heal themselves.
What is NLP?
NLP stands for “neuro-linguistic programming”.
NLP uses a series of techniques (based on the way our brains process information) to access the unconscious mind, which is where all of our patterns and habits are stored.
NLP works with a person’s values, beliefs, attitudes, strategies, emotions and decisions to help effect change. By dealing with these aspects NLP helps us make changes much more quickly than techniques which involve only a person’s conscious mind.
Why choose NLP?
Compared to other forms of counselling, NLP saves time, money and effort. Many people require only one session to make the changes they want (this varies between individuals, depending on the issue).
Yoga
Yoga benefits the mind and body on multiple levels. You are likely to gain better flexibility, improved functioning of your body, a calmer mind, and a better ability to deal with stress (among other things). Yoga is a great complement to other forms of exercise and sports. Beginners welcome!
