NLP

NLP stands for “neuro-linguistic programming”. NLP uses a series of techniques (based on the way our brains process information) to access the unconscious mind, which is where all of our patterns and habits are stored. NLP is highly effective in helping you change your thinking patterns and behaviour.

Yoga

Yoga benefits the mind and body on multiple levels. You are likely to gain better flexibility, improved functioning of your body, a calmer mind, and a better ability to deal with stress (among other things).

Reiki

Reiki is the use of universal energy (“ki”) for healing. The ki of Reiki is the same as “prana” in yoga and the “chi” of Tai Chi or Chi Gong. Energy is all around us and goes by different names in different cultures.
